These Terms of Service (‘Terms’) govern your access to and use of all content, services, and channels operated by Aurelis Investments (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’). By accessing any Aurelis Investments content or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing any Aurelis Investments channel, website, or service, you accept these Terms unconditionally. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease accessing all Aurelis Investments content and services. These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued access constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access is expressly prohibited for residents, nationals, or persons subject to the jurisdiction of: the United States of America, the United Kingdom, any member state of the European Union, Australia, and Canada. Aurelis Investments provides market analysis, educational content, and analytical commentary relating to cryptocurrency and digital asset markets. All content is strictly informational and educational. Nothing constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a regulated financial service of any kind. No subscriber or user is a client of Aurelis Investments for any regulatory purpose.

4. Subscription and Payment

Premium channel access is available by paid subscription. Subscription fees are denominated and payable in cryptocurrency as specified at checkout. All payments are final and non-refundable once channel access is granted. Subscription grants access to analytical content only. It does not constitute the purchase of financial advice, managed trading services, or any regulated product. Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing of access credentials or channel invite links is prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content published by Aurelis Investments, including analytical frameworks, templates, charts, performance data, and educational materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Aurelis Investments. You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any Aurelis Investments content without prior written permission. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution constitutes a breach of these Terms and may constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use any Aurelis Investments content for: market manipulation or coordinated trading schemes; fraudulent misrepresentation to third parties; redistribution or resale of content; any illegal purpose; any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

All content is provided ‘as is’ without warranty of any kind. Aurelis Investments makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for purpose, or reliability of any content. We do not warrant that analytical outputs will be correct, profitable, or achievable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. In no event shall we be liable for trading losses, lost profits, or consequential damages of any kind.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aurelis Investments and its operators, affiliates, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of our content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the British Virgin Islands, under internationally recognised arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in class action proceedings.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to any Aurelis Investments content or service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to any refund.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Risk Disclosure Statement and Privacy Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aurelis Investments with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
